Luggage Loving.

They brought back my luggage! I have my luggage! My luggage is chilling out on my bed as I speak! It. Is. Awesome. Enough about my luggage being all awesome and in my bed. Let's get down to the business of how awesome London is. I've completely changed my mind. I could totally live here. I completely love it! It might have been a little brash for me to have been here for two hours and decide that I could never live here. It is so cool, and really hectic but totally relaxed. I haven't really talked to any locals because we haven't gone to any pubs or anything, but yesterday Aimee and I "Waterloo Bridge high fived" and made this hot guy smile.

I had a dream last night where all of you were really mean to me, stole my car and left me on the side of a highway so it was really nice to get all of your lovely messages this morning. Actually I didn't hate you all, just everyone but Matt and Curtis Hanna. If Matt had been there he probably would have stolen my car too but he had to work that night. Aimee thinks that he would have been the voice of reason and would have stopped you guys from being huge douchebags. In any case, thank you for the nice messages! And thank you so much Kenzie for calling my mom to tell her about my luggage being okay...!

So yesterday we decided to get the super touristy things out of the way. We went down to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, all that shit. There was an Irish man that I passed who snapped a photo and said, "There. We've seen it. Now let's go." My sentiments exactly. All of the buildings were really nice but there were SO many people around. Then we went to the other side of the Thames, walked past the eye, went to the Tate Modern, walked down London bridge and back to the hostel again. We probably walked for about 7-8 hours.

Highlights from the Day:
- In the Tate they had Monet's "Water Lilies". Possibly one of my favorite paintings. I don't usually get all emotional about paintings, but it really is breathtaking to see. Other than that though I really didn't like most of the art in there. Also, did you know Picasso only died in 1973! That blew my mind even more. I still don't actually believe it.
- When we were walking down the walkway by the river there was this strip of about four or five people dressed up in elaborate garb and crazy make-up standing on home made pedestals. They were standing still like statues and I didn't even realize they were real until the silver wizard walked over to the silver witch. Crazy! We took pictures. You won't believe them, but we took them.
- Someone asked me for directions. Which means I blend to a certain extent. It's just the jacket. They all wear jackets because they know the jacket rule. I know that doesn't make sense, but I'll explain later.
-The crazy eccentric Irish cook who serves us breakfast at the hostel in the mornings. He's crazy!
- When my luggage came!
- The croissants and cheese we bought at the grocery store.
- The nap I had at 5 yesterday. So good. Apparently I snored. It was awesome.

My mom wrote me a super cute email yesterday. It's all in caps locks and she wrote, "All OF THIS CHICKEN PECKING IS MAKING ME TIRED." She then signed off: MAMA.

Well, we're safe, warm, well fed, our hostel is clean and nice. I've got culture coming out the ying. Everything has been going really smoothly. Miss you guys! Actually, no offense or anything, but I haven't really thought about home at all. I guess that is a good thing because I don't want to get home sick. It's only been four days really. Give it time.

Love you!

Good. Don't think about home at all, if you can help it.

Kezie is right, the less you think about home, the better.

That being said, we miss you.
