Break It Down Now.

The last three days have been awesome.. and really gory. We stayed in a bed and breakfast in this little town by the sea called Black Rock. It's about fifty minutes outside of Dublin. Our house was a mile away from the water, and pretty much everyday we went to the beach. On the second day we bought buckets (not pails!) and spades (not shovels!) from this little seaside shop run by an old man that tried to sell us little books that he wrote. He was cute, until he hosed us out of 8 euro for the buckets and spade. It didn't matter though because we both really wanted to build sandcastles. We did and they turned out AWESOME!

Yesterday we went on a day trip to Carlingford. It was a forty minute bus ride from where we were staying. We hung around in this castle that was right on the shore, and then followed this crazy dangerous path that led down to a private beach. There were some parts of the path that weren't really path anymore and most of the path was a sheer drop down onto some jagged rocks. Right near the end I got sort of cocky and fell down. It hurt like a bitch, but it could have been A LOT worse.

We made it down to the hidden beach and picked sea glass for the next couple of hours. That doesn't sound like a lot of fun, but it was so relaxing. It was a really good time. After that we went over and had scones in this little pub that was in the side of a different castle in the town.

Two Things I have noticed about Ireland:
-Their dogs run around like cats.
-It smells perfectly normal. Matt and Peter Steele are crazy.

Also, today when we got back into the city there was a crazy demonstration going on in the centre of town up O'Connell street. It had something to do with Chinese people and the Olympics. I must have missed some headlines. Does anybody know what's going on with that?

A lot of countries are debating whether or not they should boycott the Olympics in Beijing, or at least the openig ceremonies, because China is kind of a jerk sometimes.

I am glad you are replugged! Does this mean that you are back in Dublin now? Have you guys been taking pictures?
