Lazy Bones.

I am SO lazy.
I've never been this lazy before.
I don't want to get a job.
Or rather, I don't want to look for a job.
I wouldn't mind just having a job.

Today, I was riding my bike home from the chiropractor, and it was an exceptionally crappy ride home. The wind was not in my favor (Both ways! The wind is out to get me!) so my legs were taking a beating. I was really tired by the time I made it to the edge of the court. Somebody at the beginning of this year decided to close the only remaining gap in the fence that outlines the perimeter, so now I have to heave my bike over it, and then heave myself over as well. It stinks. By the time I get home I pretty much don't have any strength left to lift my leg, let alone my gigantic bike followed by both of my legs.

Anyway, I put my bike over the fence, and then was hopping over the fence myself, when my leg gave out and I fell on the side of the road. I was really tired, so I just laid there for a minute thinking no one was watching. I was wrong. This really nice guy came over, said he had been working in the garage when he saw me fall and wanted to know if I was all right. It was SO embarassing! I explained how I had been biking for x number of hours (which was kind of a lie, it was more like two half hour segments, but I did have a really bad headache from the chiropractor/was feeling dizzy) and wasn't used to it yet. It was kind of lovely really. He helped me get up and then walked my bike back to my house with me. All in all I would say that it was totally worth falling over into the mud by the side of the highway where a lot of people saw me and probably got a laugh.
