I finished The Golden Compass last night and it totally rocked. This is the kind of book that makes it okay to be called a nerd. I think Iorek Byrnison is what does it for me. I can't not love a bear dressed up in armour. Anyway, I went on the man hunt for the second book yesterday and started reading it immediately after I finished Golden Compass.
